Before purchasing, please refer to our size chart as all sales are made-to-order, non-refundable, and final. In the event of a defective product being received, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please allow approximately 2-7 business days for orders to be processed, as all products sold on this page are made-to-order.

Our products are shipped using USPS. Once you receive your tracking information, your order is in the hands of the carrier. If you have any issues with the shipment you must contact the carrier for information regarding your order.

 

*We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. For orders reading delivered but were never received, contact the shipping carrier for further instructions.*

 

All products are custom pieces and are not exchangeable/refundable. Products are made to the measurements provided by the customer so measurements MUST be very accurate to ensure the perfect fit.
